Our Center
Flying Horse Equestrian Center stretches across 6 acres and has beautiful views of Matanuska Peak. We have two arenas, one outdoor arena which is 150' x 230' and the heated indoor arena is 80' x 180'. Both are equipped with sand footing and are routinely groomed. The Center has 26 -12' X 12' stalls each with 12' X 24' outdoor runs.

We offer short term, month to month, semi- annual, and annual boarding pricing.
Full care boarding includes:
Feeding 3x a day
Daily stall cleaning
Turnout (weather permitting)
Salt and mineral trace
Automatic waterers
Rubber stall matting
Lessons
We have experienced trainers on site that offer lessons for all ages from beginners to advanced riders. The trainers offer lessons in dressage, jumping, English riding, and Western riding, just to name a few.
Open Riding
As part of our mission to share the love of horse riding, we offer riding access to the indoor and outdoor arenas to the horse community. We also offer riding times for those who would trailer in to ride.
Equine Assisted Therapy
We have many amazing people involved in changing the lives of children with special needs throughout the Matanuska Valley. Backcountry Therapeutics, LLC provides equine assisted Occupational and Physical Therapy to children newborn to 25 years of age with multiple physical, cognitive, emotional diagnoses and concerns.
